In my practice I utilize multiple clinical psychotherapy modalities and treatments after establishing appropriate diagnosis. I am trained and experienced in DBT, CBT, CPT, TCBT, ART, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Approach, and more.

Education is a passion for me, and it's a privilege to offer clinical supervision for LMSWs who are seeking their clinical licensure. I offer 2 hour group sessions, 3 days a week, two weeks per month via Zoom, and I also will provide individual supervision per request.

When nothing else seems to work, Accelerated Resolution Therapy has shown remarkable improvement in PTSD symptoms in 1 to 2 sessions. Based off of EMDR, this eye movement therapy has changed lives all around the world in ways other therapeutic modalities can't. 

Trauma doesn't have to be a life sentence, and the symptoms don't have to haunt you forever. Utilizing trauma-informed CBT and DBT, along with Accelerated Resolution Therapy, you can find that trauma can be a painful event that happened - not your identity.

As a daughter of a Reconnaissance Corpsman who served in Vietnam for three tours, veterans are near and dear to me. I specialize in treating veterans who are struggling with PTSD, having difficulty adjusting to civilian life, and with reintegrating back into family dynamics.
